As a company proudly owned and operated by first responders, we’ve been a trusted name in emergency services for over a decade. Driven by our passion for quality and a love to help out emergency personnel, we created First Responder Jerky—a brand that reflects our dedication and values.
Our beef jerky is crafted from 100% USDA Choice Sirloin, locally sourced in Southern California. Each batch is double tenderized to deliver a softer bite and richer flavor. Instead of relying on heavy preservatives, we use bold, homemade marinades inspired by classic American flavors—perfected over more than 20 years.
Handcrafted in small batches with only the finest ingredients, our jerky represents the same high standards that define our company. Proudly made in the USA, every purchase supports First Responders and honors the spirit of service that drives us.
